Chris
Hello folks,I've been wondering, since You can perform frenchies during pullups and they produce significant gains, then wouldn't performing them during dips, handstand pushups or even pseudo planche pushups or tuck/straddles produce worthwhile gains?RegardsChris
Blairbob
" frenchies " I'm gonna guess you mean you do a hold at the top and in the middle of the movement?
Chris
thought that you will know what are they since, as I remember, they were mentioned here somewhere, but it's more of a climber's exercise, so to clear things out, pullup frenchies equal a pullup from a hang, 5 second hold above the bar, then drop to a hang, next pull to a 90 degree angle, hold, drop, pull to ~120 degrees, hold and drop to a hang, that's one repetition.
