Hi there!

After doing these WODs, which by the way is awsome, I can locate a little "pain" in my elbow. It doesn't hurt, but its quite frustrating when it's all that talk about this kind of pain.

Im just feeling it if I straighten my arms out, and bend my wrist to the right. Is this something I should worry about? Right now I've tried to do one excersice for "tennis elbow".

What to do?

Probably too much on a few exercises. It depends what kind of pain it is and whether it's around the next day and few days after that.

Like blairbob said, you might want to decrease your workload. Are there any specific exercises that aggravate it?

Also... are you doing exercise because you think it might be tennis elbow or did you have it and am working to heal it?

I'd say just put ice on it after you exercise for 15-20 minutes. It's a pretty general tip though, you haven't given us much to work with. That, and we aren't doctors :P

(funny story)

I'm a student athletic trainer at my school, and there were two athletic trainers in today. One is a paramedic and the other is simply an athletic trainer. We were talking about how funny it is that when you hear "Let me help, I'm a doctor", the person is probably not much more help than the common person. Doctors as you know them really don't know much about life saving and emergencies. One time, a man claiming to be a local head paramedic jumped over the fence at a football game when someone got hurt, and our trainer wouldn't let him because he couldn't identify himself. She was handling the situation and this random person wanted to take charge of the whole situation. He was escorted by the police off of the field.

Basically my story is this; when someone says "let me, I'm a doctor", they are probably full of shit when it comes to saving someone's life.

Hi. There is no specific excercise that aggravate it. And yes, i'm doing the "tennis-elbow-excricese" because i think it might could be the problem, but it's probably not.

I'll try that ice-tips if it gets worse. Right now i think it's getting better tho.

Oh, I'm not going to visit my doctor ^^

Consider scaling the WODs down for a bit. Your muscle is probably strong enough but it's good to let the connective tissues catch up. I know it sucks to go back a bit but I regularly drop a progression level every now and then and every time I go back my highest progression has gotten better.
