ChenZhen 0 Posted January 27, 2008 Hey guys! i asked this question on the dragondoor forums too but didn't get that much help so i figured out here must be the perfect place to ask this qustion: i'm trying to learn the one arm chin but i don't have any possibilities to use additional weights. i'm using a dip/pull up tower where my non working hand uses the dip bar to assist me in pulling myself up: i've made a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=auPp__otHwYi can also do a one arm chin with my other hand holding my biceps. do you guys think it's possible to achieve the oac with this method? i'd really appreciate any tips you can give me, i don't want to waste my time with the wrong method.best wishes Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
kbryk 1 Posted January 27, 2008 Of course it is possible without weights, it might even be more to your benefit. John Sapinoso 7 Posted January 28, 2008 just do one arm negatives where you pull double and lower slowly on one armanother thing you can do is towel one side and grip that with one hand.as your hand moves down your leverage decreases which will help transition to a true OAC Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
