hi...about one year ago i started a flexibility program wich was based on the PNF isometrich stretching and in this way i passed from 90° degrees to about 165-180 for the straddle...and i got the full side split...i know that the PNF helps me for the active flexibility rigth?

but for the skill like flare is required the dynamic flexibility? how i can improve it?

thanks for who answer

From a stand, lift leg and hold for time.

Another is doing theraband straddle and split jumps. Resistance basically.

Pnf won't help you that much with active/dynamic flexibility. For this you need to stuff such as kicks, hip extensions, theraband resisted kicks, seated pike compressions, standing wall splits etc. If you're going to the seminar (I don't remember if you registered) then you will definately get your question answered!
