Robert Charlton Posted September 5, 2010 Share Posted September 5, 2010 i have started doing the WOD and i love it, but have been looking through everything, and have noticed that you (coach) have replaced all PL holds with XR l-sit holds whenever there are statics, for about 2months???? can't remember exact date. anways, question is, should i do 60s planche hold (in total) before the WOD if i still want to achieve planche, or will i naturally get it through WOD???????? any answer from anyone would be appreciated, especially coach Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Blairbob Posted September 5, 2010 Share Posted September 5, 2010 the planche training was changed to ring strength training (support, L-sit, HS, press to HS, then rings planche, cross, etc) Very good question.
