i have started doing the WOD and i love it, but have been looking through everything, and have noticed that you (coach) have replaced all PL holds with XR l-sit holds whenever there are statics, for about 2months???? can't remember exact date. anways, question is, should i do 60s planche hold (in total) before the WOD if i still want to achieve planche, or will i naturally get it through WOD???????? any answer from anyone would be appreciated, especially coach :)

the planche training was changed to ring strength training (support, L-sit, HS, press to HS, then rings planche, cross, etc)

Very good question. It will get down to if you have enough time to do so pre-WOD and that it does not become too much over time.
