Kiyoshi
What is considered overtraining? I train mon, tues, thurs, friAnd every training session I do a full workout on pullup bar, then later in the day I do pressing, assorted pushups, then immediately do core like situps and all the variations, then I do legs, all the variations, then I finish with static holds. I do this 4 times a week. Am I getting enough rest between workouts since I'm working out my whole body every workout session.
Razz
If you're making progress then there's no way you are overtrained or overreached......
