Daniel Jorgensen
As topic may suggets, I have fairly short arms compared to my hight. What follows from that?Though I had math at high level in high school, I'm not totally sure on what it means for my gym-performance. L-sit is obviously harder as it allow for less fatigue to kick in. But what about planche and front lever? Short arm should mean that my shoulder angle (angle between torso and arms) is smaller and therefore harder - or what? Razz
Shorter arms will generalized make ring strength easier, but swing elements harder.
