Animalonfire
I'm no longer suspecting a muscular imbalance is causing my wrist problem. My first BHS on the beach yesterday, after a load of painless RO's was bent arm, and felt great. The second had nice form and stung like crazy. Another thing is that I can now grunt out 10(narrow) wrist pushups with locked elbows having worked on them so much.So naturally I'm looking into wrist stretches. Is there anything more to it than rotating in each direction, and bending fingers back pointing in varying directions? If so please share, as that's all that I can find. Also, could someone please explain where to place the stretches in my warm-up in relation to pre hab. For now I'm copying Ido's shoulder ROM + stability routine and placing it straight away afterwards. Thanks for your time
Neal Winkler
The wrist routine, of course. Don't tell me you haven't seen it.
