Cody Clark Posted July 26, 2010 Share Posted July 26, 2010 Hi could anyone help me with Basic Ring strength 1 I am having trouble with the part where at the very top of the muscle up and you have to fall backwards and go into back lever just can't seem to get it right. how can make going form back lever to the front lever easier.
