What do you guys think about a little 10 minute AMRAP challenge?

*Update:

- did 7 rounds in 10 minutes, then added 3 more rounds (with more rest in between)

- then 5 rounds of: 10x body levers Tempo 412, 1x minute HS wall runs

- then 5 rounds of: 20x archups, 20x XR Support swings

Overall a nice WOD. Try it.

Be more aware of your lower body and midsection, seems like you focus only on squeezing arms+shoulders. Besides that very nice, you are pretty strong :D
