Are Russian Dips possible on a Dipping machine

Hello,

I was interested on trying Russian Dips for developing MU transition, however I don't have access to PB just dipping machine attached on a old bench .. so I was wondering if it's possible to develop Russian Dips on it by trying to lean backward while dipping (actually I find placing my legs forward close to tucked/L-sit helps in that) ..

So long as the bar is long enough to allow your underarm to wrist to lay on, it should work.

If you don't, I've seen people do them with boxes, which means you could probably do them with benches or horsestands.
