Restore Series

Is it best to focus on one Restore series daily (for example hamstrings everyday for seven days) or would it be optimal to do all seven series (a different one each day for seven days)?

I am a beginner that landed in Fountation Level 1 after the quiz. I've been doing everything as prescribed for the last few weeks. My hamstring and hips are definitely tight seeing as how I cannot do a flat backed pancake.  I feel as though all the restore series would benefit my body (which they would) but I just don't know if I should focus on the more pronounced mobility issues.

Hi Kaylynn for you the best option it to begin with LESS so one restore series daily...probably i would increase frequency of the module where i'm more tight.

Hi Alessandro,

Thank you for the prompt reply! Would the hamstring and hip series be the best to help achieve mobility for a flat backed pancake?

they are a starting point...at certain level of hip mobility the best solution is to implement the stretch series.

I actually have one more question.

Is it okay to do cardio (jump rope or rebounding) on the days that I've been prescribed the stretch series (front/middle split) or is best to only stretch on those days?
