What does "Step 1 of 9" mean?

Looking for some clarification on the programs. Do I increase the steps per week? This week is 1 of 9, next week is 2 of 9, etc.

Or am I supposed to do all 9 steps per workout? (seems unlikely)

Hey Cody, one step each week. a step is a milestone of set x reps.

Awesome, thank you.

What do you recommend if I don’t have access to stall bars? I have everything else. I noticed the edit button on the workouts, but it seems like that edit is just to increase the level of difficulty?

I don’t want to just skip that part of the workout.

It can be used to edit a step or to add an exercise to a workout.

Hello Alessandro, hoe much rest should be taken between exercises, if any?

Hi Carlo, the rest is considered active rest. it means doing the integrated mobility as rest.

If you're just starting out the only thing you really need is something to hold on to. It could be as simple as a door stop. I use my squat stand or even a counter works.
