Hello guys,

I'm doing Jefferson Curls at the end of my workouts. I thought that would be the right time to do them because I'm warmed up by the end of training.

But last week I got quite a bad head rush at the top of a rep and I almost black out. I lost vision/balance for a moment and I had to drop the bar. Luckily I was ONLY curling the bar.

This is not good, I don't want to do this again.

Can I do Jefferson Curls at the beginning of my workout, when I'm fresh?
