I've just noticed that in the guided plans one can switch in the warm-up between "7-minute-warm-up", "extended warm-up" and "daily limber" and in mobility between "knee series", "single bar shoulder mobility" and "weighted mobility". How should that be used? Is it recommended to change the warm-up and mobility from workout to workout or if you have time, you can also do all of them? Best regards, Christoph Hi Christoph, my suggestion is changing workout over workout and see what type of warmup gives you the best sensations and the use it as preference.
