Marcio Silva Posted February 1, 2022 Share Posted February 1, 2022 I had a double hip replacement 3 months ago. Therefore, splits are a no no for me. But I want to get back some form of athleticism. In the past, doing hot Yoga, I got very close to get into a pike position (much better than the picture) now it is a goal. Other than a Jefferson curl what else should I be doing? At which frequency? Thank you Hi marcio, personally i see that the vast majority of the limitation is located at the hips..but by reading your post you have some limitations on working on them...
