Aleister Ruffer Posted June 1, 2010 Share Posted June 1, 2010 I'm currently following the WOD's posted to the forums here, and feel I'm to a point that I can start adding in skill work before the workouts. I'm currently adding a bit of handstand work twice a week, but feel I should be doing more/other things. I'm also working on a setup for bucket circles.Any suggestions as to what else I can add before the WOD's? Should skill work be paired (or not paired) with certain WOD's?Thanks!
