Weekly Shoulders

Hi there,

I'm loosely following the Level 2 suggested plan. On Monday and Thursday, I'm doing a 7-minute warm-up and Foundation Upper Body. Per the suggested course, I'm also doing Weekly Shoulder on Mondays. Is it suggested to do them before the Foundation section? Or after? I am hoping after because I think I'm "weaker" on my upper body workout as a result of working out the shoulders just before, you know what I mean? Therefore, on Monday, I don't get as many reps as I do on Thursday.

Hi Alessandro, I'm not sure how to answer that question. I don't think I'm a beginner. I'd say I'm intermediate?
