Natural movment

Any opinions on how humans are intended to move? And should we stick to them when we train. 

Here is my philosophy 

run for long distance,carry stuff for long distances, sprinting, crawl,climb,jump, lift something...

ist it natural for us to lift maximal weight like 2*bw dl 1*bw ohp?

hope to see som opinions on this

It depends as with everything. Define natural?

Your body adapts to the demands placed upon it.

For some its easy to run, sprint, crawl..

For others lifting twice your bodyweight in DL will come easy.   Others will try for years to make those kinds of lift and maybe get injured on the way..Its fun hitting new PRs but at what costs?

Modern day people only need to be strong enough to carry their grocery bags from the shops. No need to walk around with excessive muscles
