Would you guys have any recommendations or advice on some of the thoracic mobilizations/ stretches on the bridging video for those of us who don't own stall racks? Thanks for the input, Bryan. Others have used shelves in their closet, access ladders in their apartment building, smith machines, squat racks, or local playground equipment to do these stretches.
