Alessandro Mainente
What leads to injury is excessive load on UNPREPARED unhealthy shoulders. Geonho Lee
I really love you hahahaha thank you!! ROM exercise is ALWAYS DANGEROUS If you have unprepared unhealthy shoulders! am i right?
Alessandro Mainente
Consider the handstand a full rom exercise on shoulder flexion. if you have shoulder imbalances, if you have rounded back you have much more risk of injury. but for healthy shoulders, there is no risk. this is why range of motion should be already available when you try a new exercise.
