Nicholas Sampson
Hi I'm getting knee paid when I squat, it's a problem I have been having for years. I can't go below 120ish degrees knee bend. I am doing the restore series for knees, but I can't do the squats exercises properly. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve my squats and reduce the pain? Thanks, Nicholas
Alessandro Mainente
Hi Nicholas , the major problem with pre-existing injuries is that i do not know the problem, how can I make a diagnosis? i do not have a MRI or an echographic exam. The biggest obstacle here is that nobody here can give you a suggestion for the same problem. hearing your words seems that the problem is not coming out recently. it has a previous history. in this case, I can only help you saying to never searching solution for a physical pain over the web. if someone gives you a bad suggestion the injury can be potentially worse. check a PT , understand the problem, then find a solution.
