Nathan Harrington
I've been doing the thoracic bridge stretch series, and one the the exercises that I really have trouble with is the hip taps whilst in the single arm bridge. Last evening I was only able to complete one rep, and the others I could only do a weight shift from one arm to the other but just didn't have the strength to get the other palm off the ground. Are there any tips to progressing with this movement, or should I just keep plowing through with the weight shift until I can increase the ROM. This series is so humbling! Alessandro Mainente
Hi Nathan , without seeing any attempt I cannot give you a solution.
Nathan Harrington
Hi Alessandro: I took some video of my side tap attempts again last evening. One shoulder is slightly outside of the lens angle but hopefully it gives the idea. Again I only got one tap and the others I could only shift weight a bit on hands. Any suggestions would be welcomed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sbl08SiUlUE&feature=youtu.be
Alessandro Mainente
Hi Natha, the video is for sure on private, that is the default mode on youtube, set it on "unlisted".
