Maurice Peerani Posted August 5, 2018 Share Posted August 5, 2018 I noticed the new format with the stretch courses, i.e. the mobility drills are not split up in separate segments as they were prior/as they are in the foundation/handstand courses. Are we still to master each movement before going to the next one or are we to scale each movement & do all of them as well as possible? Appreciate your insight!
