Since I started with bodyweight excercises I´ve experienced alot of wristpains. For example when Im doing the Manna excercises what stops me the most is the pain in my wrists.

I would now like to put some wrist strenghtening/flexability

excercises into my daily routine.

What are some good ones that you use?

I don't have time to dig out the links right now, but Coach Sommer has posted some essays on this subject that might be helpful ...probably in Joint Preparation at a guess?
