For the past few years, my right shoulder has been odd in that, when I try to do internal rotation stretches or mobility/movement such as xiopeng movements or standing with arms at a cross and rotation at the shoulder joints, I will have an achey shoulder for the next few days. Any idea as to what this could be? (This shoulder is also less flexible than the left) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
