Alaa Diab Posted January 31, 2018 Share Posted January 31, 2018 Hi, I have been working on straddle sit and pancake for two years. Yes I am getting better but I have a question. When somebody helps me I almost have my chest to floor (passive stretch), but when I am on my own (active) I am higher because I feel my quads and hip flexor are active and lock my movement to go to floor. Are you following the middle splits stretch course? There is a floating pancake in there that will help you make that active gain, chest to the floor. Send us over a video!
