I have big arches and anytime I have to get in dorsiflexion, either in the stretch series or SLS elements, my feet flatten themselves so I can complete the flexion. If I try to keep and force the arches, my ROM reduces by blocking the ankle. Is this ok? Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
