Winging scapula

Hi again,

I've got a winging scap and it hurts on one side.  I know that the sPL series (and surely many others) takes care of that. However, do you think taking care of that by myself would be too much on my training since I do everything twice a week?

Thanks!

Sorry to hear it, Etienne.

For now, stop training any progressions that irritate the issue and make an appointment with a physio as soon as you can. Please let us know how it is progressing and what your doctor says.

Thanks Everett,

I'm already  seeing a physio but it only hurts when I do nothing actually.  I'll keep you posted.

What you can do on a daily basis would be some scapula setting work with two mirrors, so you can build coordination and body awareness without getting physically too tired. Let your physio instruct you.
