Zoe Epstein
Hi, I finished Fundamentals and I'm trying to decide which program to start with next. I recently had surgery on my left wrist, so I'm not allowed to use it for the next month or so. Are there any programs (like one or more of the stretch series videos) that I could start on without the use of one hand, or should I just wait until I can use the hand again to pick a new program? Mikey Cunanan
Hello Zoe, Great question. You can certainly start Foundation One and the lower body stretch courses as long as you have your physicians consent. Just be aware that you may need to omit or modify some of the progressions that involve the use of your hand. The foundation series is split into upper body, lower body, and core workouts. You can skip the upper body workouts as well as some of the progressions that involve the use of your hands. You can most certainly perform the front and middle split courses with little to no modification to the exercises. But again I'd clear it with a medical professional first
