Guest ilove2workout28 Posted March 13, 2010 Share Posted March 13, 2010 I don't know how I did it, but I think my rotator cuff is slightly injured. I think it was either pushing the full back lever (my new record today was 10 secs, then did it again for 5 secs), but it may have been Bulgarian dips, 10 reps, but slow, and I paused at the bottom position for 2-3 secs for each rep. any thoughts?
