Reasons behind each exercise

Hi coaches,

Cutting to the point, I was wondering if it could be possible to add an explanation on each exercise to know why we are doing them?  I know that the forum is there for that, but sometimes, having the info written in the description saves time on the research.  I'm asking because it helps me a lot to do the progressions correctly knowing the end goal. 

I'm just asking if it's possible,  I'll still keep using the forum for infos either way :)

Hi Etienne, 

In terms of Foundations and Handstand, the end goal is shown in the end of the series or course. For stretch the end goal is either Front Split, Middle Split, or Thoracic Bridge. 

The technique tip videos in your courses have detailed explanations for the exercises and many include the specific area being mobilized or strengthened. In some cases, a forum search in the correct private course section is how you'll find the information. Always feel free to post your questions in the specific course subsections as well.
