Aaron Hughson
Hey guys, Went to my chiropractor and found out my right leg was 2 inches shorter than my left. Got straightened up and went back a couple days later. Everything seemed good but he told me that I need to do some exercises to gain back the curve in my neck I.e. soup can under the neck for 15 minutes twice daily. Also a move he named the wood pecker. Along with beyond depth push-ups to release and open up the chest. Any advice from the physio's on the forum? I don't think I should stop my stretch and foundation courses because of this. Thanks!
