Peter Brzezinski
Hi - I have become interested in the program initially because all my life I have been stiffer than a board and it now as I getting older (currently 39) I have started noticing the negative impact of my inflexibility. Especially when it comes to my lower back. Will this program (if so which one in specific) help me become more flexible and more importantly which one of the programs would be most recommended in improving the condition of my back? Thank you Peter
Pauline Taube
Hi Peter, Thank you for reaching out. The Stretch series will definitely help you improve your flexibility. These include three courses. The Front Split course focuses on feet, ankles and hamstrings. The Thoracic Bridge course focuses on your back and shoulders and the Middle Split course focus on your hips, glutes and adductors. I think the Front Split and Thoracic Bridge course will be the most beneficial in order to improve the condition of your back. I've attached a link to the Stretch series below: https://www.gymnasticbodies.com/gb-courses/stretch-series/ Please let us know if you have any further questions
