GST with undifferentiated connective tissue disease

My wife is interested in joining me doing GST.

The issue is that she has an autoimmune condition ("Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease")  that causes joint problems, her ligaments tend to sprain very easily.

She's never been able to do pushups on her palms, for example,  as it causes sprains to her wrists.

Flexibility overall is a big problem as well, even gentle stretching causes troubles.

Does anyone have experience training with this condition, or training someone else with this condition?

Clearly work to the tissue should strengthen it, but her threshold before injury is very low.

She tried the "Fundamentals" course with me but it bothered her SI joint.

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

Hi Andrew,

I would highly recommend to consult with a medical professional or physical therapist with good knowledge about this condition before starting any online courses. This way they will be able to assess her and work out what kind of exercises she can and cannot do.
