Gaston Mendoza Posted April 2, 2017 Share Posted April 2, 2017 Hey, I'm new to this Forum, and recently switched from "bodybuilding" (Not seriously, just for hobbie, natural of course), to training gymnastic skills. During Handstand training tho, my lats several times experience little pops, I really don't know how to call them, but it just frightens me, it doesn't leave me sore, or painful, or anything like that. They just appear when I get into positions where I hold myself with my hands (And obviusly my back in this case). Any similar experience/advice/knowledge? Thanks in advance!
