hey guys,

ive been having some trouble figuring out the weak links in my right shoulder. here is a video of me going through different ranges, trying to see where i need to work on. maybe some of you can help me out.

i definetly feel a weakness (teres minor, serratus anterior, rhomboids area) and kind of tingeling (pecs, neck) through out the day and when training. lately been doing scap work in all directions, dislocates etc.

Hi Christian,

Have you consulted with a physio about the tingling? That is my primary suggestion. Also, just out of curiosity, are you a rock climber?

I am not a rock climber, ive benn doing gymnastics as a child, later been playing basketball.

Ive seen a phyiso back about a year ago, but nobody could really help me out. I guess ill just stick to the basic scap/shoulder mobility stuff.

At the starting point (Hands at about height of ears) i couldnt get my hands all the way touching the wall. Once i was at about 90° (starting point im the vid) i got my hands to touch the wall and was sliding both hands and elbows up to where my elbows were level with the top of my head, then i lost contact with the hands again (PPT at all times). I felt little cracking in both shoulders, no pain.

Tight lats/pecs maybe?

I would say super tight lats and pec and super weak middle and lower trap.
