Douglas Gustavsson Posted March 5, 2017 Share Posted March 5, 2017 Hey guys I need someone to tell me if I could still do the Jefferson Curl with an overworked achilles. It's a bit swollen and sore at the moment. Will the J. curl make it worse? I only use 5 pounds for weight. I know it's hard to answer without seeing the achilles but anything will help. The only recommendation available is to see a healthcare professional like a doctor or a physiotherapist who can assess the extent of the injury and what implications it presents for your current exercise program.
