Leo Trinidad Posted March 3, 2017 Share Posted March 3, 2017 Hi @Mike Ross, doing deep/hard stretches more than once a week is detrimental to progress because you are not allowing your body to heal/recover properly. Are you using the courses for your stretching? I highly suggest that you consider using the GB Stretch Series because it can be used by anyone starting on any level.
