I was coaching little boys and already felt how the back is getting stiffer and my personal training actually killed my lower back. I even had troubles falling sleep. From time to time (read four times a year) I get this kind of stiffness in my lower back. I feel that something is flexing the muscles and then comes the pain. Im asking advice for lower back streching and good workouts that would keep my lower back open. For example excercises like hollow back arc holds are very bad for lower back so please dont suggest similar. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
