Robert Charlton
I started doing purely BW training about 2 months ago, especially the planche and HSPU. i can now do 3 full HSPU facing the wall, almost do an adv. tuck planche, and hold a tuck PL for 30secs. Then i got rings for my backyard and started doing a full balanced routine.I have noticed amazing ab and shoulder development, as well as an well muscled back (not intentionally bragging ) , but my chest is only a little bigger than when i started, any advice on how to increase chest size with rings? Jeffrey
A few chest specific exercises you could do with rings: ring dips, muscle ups, ring flyes, ring push ups.
Neal Winkler
Gymnastics doesn't typically build a thick chest, more of a flat, hardened look.
Midas
How your pec's look is also greatly influenced by genetics, but you can definitely do the dips/pushups on the rings. Ring flyes are great for the chest as well.
Robert Charlton
Thanks. I will start doing ring flyes now and add a bigger dip component and see how my results are in 8 weeks
