Matthew Stallard
Im currently making my way through the Fundamentals. Should I be proficient (still really tight in the legs and hips) in the Fundamentals course before moving on to the Foundation course?
Pauline Taube
Hi Matthew, There's no need to be proficient at the Fundamentals before you start Foundation 1. You can always refine the movements, and I recommend to keep doing the Fundamentals exercises in your warmup or for daily limbering. If you're really tight I would recommend starting the Foundations alongside the stretching courses. Both the Front Split and Middle Split courses target your legs and hips. These courses will definitely help you progress faster with your mobility Please let us know if you have any further questions!
