My situation: 2GB workouts per week on a steady state cycle,1Pu 1Pr 1Core and 1Leg per session. feel much better about it all having read the book (thanks coach :)). Also I've recently ditched two weekly kickboxing sessions in favour of 1more technical less physically demanding muay thai lesson(Fridays) and 1gymnastics lesson(Thursdays) per week.

I've been looking to add some more to my GB WO's (mainly Mup and press HS work) but I've heard that there is a 1hr time window for optimal strength work and I'm close to it anyway. I also don't want to start over reaching although from what I gather Str is about muscles themselves but cardio/endurance is about energy pathways and they don't really affect each other unless the muscles are damaged?

Should I be OK to ignore the effects of cardio/endurance on recovery and plough on with GB work 3 times a week or will I have to start compromising?

Thanks for any help that anyone can give.
