Daniel Andonov Posted November 25, 2016 Share Posted November 25, 2016 (edited) Hi.My question is, is there some mobility requirement for the pike, in order to be able to do correct Press to Handstands?I have good pike, I can place and hold my whole hands on the floor, but I was wondering do I need more?
