erikmckinley Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 When I do deep ring dips with my arms apart, I notice a slight pain in my clavicle near where it connects to the shoulder.Is there a way to prepare my clavicle for going deeper while my arms are apart? Blairbob Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 scale back the progression as it could be too much for you currently. shorter straps is one way besides assisted spotting like putting your feet on a block or feet in a weight band.
