Tomas Johansson
I know the optimal is to stretch in the end of workout. If I do it in different sessions, for instance stretch series in the morning and climbing or strength later in the day, is there an increased risk of injury? If so, for how long after stretching? Kevin Easton
At this point in my busy life I have realized that you have to train whenever you can train. At the end of the day I don't think you're going to noticed a huge difference between when you train. I have found stretching is pretty taxing on my muscles and the only downside I can see would be a bit of a loss of strength because you're muscle are pre-exhausted. I think as long as you give it a couple hours between and you have a good meal or two it shouldn't matter. There are optimal times to train, but sometimes you just need to train whenever you can.
