Which Stretch course?

I started on fundamentals and have now been doing foundation 1 for a few weeks.  I have been utilising the daily limber, although not every day and am slowly building my exercise volumes.  I  now want to introduce one of the stretch courses as I am as about as mobile as a plank of wood.  I am basically thinking either the front split or middle split (for now) as it's evident my lower body movement is terrible.  I have never been able to touch my toes with straight legs, although I am almost there now but I have realised that my hips are extremely tight too.  Basically which series do you think I would get the most benefit from now?  You will probably say do both but I want to only focus on one initially.

Hi Joshua, the posterior chain needs more attention, then you can work on the other. If you are looking for 2 series at least one on upper like thoracic and one for lower and for this is suggest front split.
