Stretch Series Schedule Question

Hello,

About stretch series: " Each series is designed to be done once a week as a 45 minute stretching session.

The stretch series are three, that means I should have 3 times/week a (deep) stretch session on my schedule. 

That's good, but I'm wandering whether once got, I can use them more than once a week, or maybe daily. Is that possible or are they so intense that they better be performed once a week?

HI Emiliano, for beginner until the most part of the poses are no longer an high intensity exercise, they must be performed one a week. my personal pov is that , for example, if you can already do bridge you can do bridge daily because all the previous stretch are basically preparatory for the final exercise. this mean that you need to be able to show the maximum range of motion of the biggest part of the exercise before perform a daily focused session.
