More tight on one side of the body

Hey everyone. As you can see in the subject title, Im more tight on my right side than my left side. It is not just one major muscle group though. Im tighter in EVERY single muscle on my right side. Examples like neck, back, lat, tricep, forearm, quad, hamstring, calf, etc... Does anyone else have had or have this problem? What kind of advice can you give me besides stretching? This is a problem ive suffered for about a year now. Its such a frustrating injury. thanks GB in advance.

foam roll (SMR) or two tennisballs wrapped together with duct tape and rolled on. Basically deep massage.
